Discovering Who You Really Are

I was a scientist up till July but changed career paths thanks to a Virtual conference I attended in August. 

It's a different thing to know who you are and what you a capable of, it's another to do it the right way and through the right platform

Managing the most valuable resource in organizations is just so ME😊😊

Was I a good scientist? Yes😊... 

I studied Biological Science at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University coming out with a grade of 4.40 on a scale of 5🤗🤗

All along, all I ever wanted to do was ensure that everyone is to the best of my abilities their best versions...

There is this saying that goes thus, “The higher you go, the riskier it becomes" 

So yeah... In my 300l in school, we had to take a difficult course, Angiosperm, it was wide with a lot of scientific names and all. A 3 unit course too 😊😊. 

I encountered a few of my course mates who the fear of the course had overwhelmed and was just stuck. 

I knew they had the Passing ability in them, I mean, they have been doing well so far😌😌.

So all I did was encouraged them and made them see their possibilities, their strength and channeled their focus to coming out strong.

And guess what??🤗🤗

They did well, 2 of them had an A while 3 of them had B...

Many sceneries like this happened, especially in my final year and I had positive results.

So what am I driving at...

There is a part of me who wants to make sure everyone is in their highest potential drive. Discovering the platform to achieve this took a while but it was an easy balance because it's who I am..😊😊😊
